  • We’re seeking a Business Development Manager with deep experience in iGaming and Sports Betting to expand our client network across Latin America. The ideal candidate has strong connections with operators, agencies, and affiliate networks, and understands how to structure performance-based partnerships that scale.

    Responsibilities

    • Identify, approach, and close new clients — including operators, agencies, affiliate networks, and media buyers— across LATAM.

    • Develop and execute market-entry strategies by region (Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Chile, etc.).

    • Negotiate and structure commercial agreements (CPA, RevShare, hybrid, and managed-service models).

    • Maintain a strong understanding of client performance goals and ensure consistent delivery through coordination with internal technical and account teams.

    • Represent the company at key iGaming, affiliate, and adtech events in LATAM and Europe.

    • Report directly to leadership on pipeline health, deal velocity, and market intelligence.

    Requirements

    • 4+ years in business development, partnerships, or sales within iGaming, Sports Betting, or Performance Marketing.

    • Demonstrated network of decision-makers at LATAM operators, agencies, or affiliate networks.

    • Fluency in English and Spanish (Portuguese preferred).

    • Proven ability to drive revenue growth through structured commercial deals.

    • Strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

    • Comfortable working remotely and autonomously in a performance-driven environment.

    Preferred

    • Understanding of regional payment systems, compliance frameworks, and traffic sources.

    • Experience with Voluum, Everflow, or similar tracking/attribution platforms.

    • Established presence at industry events (SBC Summit, SIGMA, etc.).

  • About the Role

    We’re looking for a part-time Data Engineer to build and maintain the pipelines that power analytics, attribution, and adspend optimization across multiple media and affiliate platforms. You’ll design clean, reliable data flows that unify spend, conversion, and performance data from Voluum, Everflow, and ad network APIs into a single, queryable layer.

    Responsibilities

    • Design and maintain ETL pipelines pulling data from Voluum, Everflow, Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other traffic sources.

    • Normalize and store campaign and conversion data in Postgres / BigQuery for cross-platform analysis.

    • Build and document schemas, transformations, and data validation checks.

    • Work closely with product and analytics teams to support attribution and optimization algorithms.

    • Ensure data accuracy, scalability, and reliability through version control and pipeline monitoring.

    • Occasionally assist with API integrations, ad platform connectors, and basic ML feature preparation.

    Requirements

    • 3+ years of experience in data engineering or backend analytics.

    • Strong skills in Python (Pandas, SQLAlchemy)SQL, and API integration.

    • Experience with ETL orchestration (Airflow, Prefect, or Dagster).

    • Familiarity with Postgres, BigQuery, or Snowflake.

    • Comfortable working in a small, fast-moving environment — focus on delivery, not bureaucracy.

    • Experience in adtech & affiliate marketing data pipelines preferred.

    Preferred

    • Knowledge of attribution logic, campaign hierarchy normalization, and ad platform API quirks.

    • Experience building dashboards (Metabase, Looker, or Power BI).

    • Basic understanding of ML/data modeling for ROI prediction or optimization.
